If you would like to become a high school football official the Abilene Chapter wants you as a member.
You must be at least 18 years old, in relatively good physical condition, and most of all you must enjoy the game of football. You must be willing to take the time to learn the rules of the game and primarily be interested in helping the young athletes of Texas participate in the game.

You will be required to attend weekly training sessions held on Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm beginning the first week of July. Upon completion of training you will be eligible to officiate Abilene Youth League and area high school football games.
You will be required to supply your own uniform.
